Who manages your data?

Contact and booking enquiries
The form collects your name, email address and message. Organisation, phone number and booking date are optional. Required fields are needed to respond; without them the form cannot be sent. Enquiries are emailed to contact@eskoppo.com, with no website message database. They are used to respond, prepare a possible booking and follow up correspondence. Service enquiries rely on precontractual steps you request; other correspondence relies on the legitimate interest in answering visitors. The form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and retention
Correspondence is available to team members responsible for replying and to the hosting and email providers needed for delivery. It is not sold. Enquiries are kept while processing and useful follow-up of the relationship requires them. If a service is agreed, contractual and accounting documents are retained under applicable legal duties. Evidence needed for disputes may be retained while the dispute and applicable claim periods last. You may request deletion of correspondence that is no longer needed.
Hosting and security
The public website is hosted by OVHcloud. The host may process IP addresses, timestamps, requested pages and browser information to deliver and secure the service under its terms. The form uses HTTPS and rate limiting based on an IP address fingerprint, with a one-hour counting window and no message content in the counter. Spotify, YouTube, TikTok and cookies
Spotify, YouTube and TikTok players load automatically on this website. On loading, their providers may receive your IP address and browser or device information, and use cookies or other trackers to deliver the player, measure usage or personalise their services. This website does not request prior permission for these players. You can block third-party cookies and content in your browser settings; this may prevent players from working. Direct links also give access to tracks and videos on the platforms. The website adds no analytics tool or advertising pixel of its own. See the provider policies linked below for their practices.
External services and transfers
Social links open external services governed by their own rules. Players may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. See each provider’s safeguards and terms: Spotify, Google / YouTube and TikTok. This website has no access to your passwords or platform account information.
Your rights
Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or applicable portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. Email contact@eskoppo.com with your request. Proportionate identity verification may be needed. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
